Description

This is what keeps the CPU of my Gaming PC from cooking. It's a big air cooler, two metal towers with two fans that light up, in white to match the case. I bought it together with the DeepCool CH560 Digital in 2026 to replace the Aerocool cooler I had since I first built the PC.

I bought it because I had to. My old AIO couldn't keep the whole case cool, and I couldn't move that pump over to the bigger case anyway. Out of everything I researched, this was the one that stood out in practically every category, every review and everything I read about it was excellent. There's a smaller single-tower Assassin too, but it isn't that much cheaper, and this one is a lot better.

Impressions

I have no complaints at all. I think it's one of the best coolers I've ever had. It's extremely quiet and the heatsink is huge, so for my Ryzen it's almost overkill. The CPU barely goes past 60 degrees even running heavy games, and even doing heavy calculations it rarely goes over that. The highest I've seen was 72 degrees, so it's still very good, and it moves a considerable amount of air.

The annoying part is the white ARGB. It's two towers with two fans, and usually you put one fan on the front and the other between the two towers, so one pushes air into the first tower and the middle one pulls the hot air through into the second, and it all goes out the back. That kind of kills the point of the ARGB, because the middle fan ends up hidden anyway. I haven't really used that feature, though you can't even see it from where my computer is, so it hasn't been a problem.

Final thoughts

I strongly recommend it. It makes practically no noise, it moves an absurd amount of air and it cools really well.
