Description
The tuner on my pedalboard. It's the first pedal so the signal path starts there, like it usually does. It's in a pretty rough shape, but these Boss pedals are tanks, so it is indeed working perfectly.
Impressions
This pedal is pretty precise, compared to the Donner DT-1 Tuner it's a lot bigger, but it also has two things that I love about it:
- A bypass out jack that I can connect directly to some other pedal or send/return, making this guy also somewhat of a switcher
- It can power itself and another pedal, today it's the Boss PW-3 Wah but it could be anything, which leaves one extra output in the Lekato Pedalboard
This alone beats everything else. It has some extra modes, so you can tune directly in chromatic mode, guitar/bass, etc but I find this really useless.
However, the size is a big problem for it. Since the pedalboard is quite small, it's something I have to take a great care, but highly recommend as a tuner pedal, even though it's basically the same as every other tuner pedal out there.
